凉拌黑木耳 

Black Fungus Salad

Sichuan style
EASY   20 MINUTES



Ingredients:
•  5 oz dried black fungus
•  1 tbsp green onion (chopped)
 •  1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
Seasoning:
•  1 tbsp chopped hot red chili pepper
•  ¼ tsp ground pepper
•  2½  tbsp soy sauce
•  1½  tbsp balsamic vinegar
•  1 tsp sugar
•  1 tsp sesame oil

Method:


1    Soak black fungus in a bowl of water for 1 hour.

2    An hour later, clean the fungus thoroughly. Remove the hard parts of the fungus and cut into smaller size.

3     Put fungus in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove fungus from the pot and put it into a bowl of cold water for 1 minute, drain water, then dry with kitchen paper towel.

4    Mix sauce ingredients together, let stand for 10 minutes.

5    Toss black fungus with sauce, mix well.

6    Sprinkle chopped green onion and cilantro on top.

7    Place in the fridge for 2 hours for better taste. Ready to serve.
