椰汁布丁 

Coconut Pudding


EASY   30 MINUTES



Ingredients:
•  1½ cup coconut milk
•  1 ¼ cup whole or 2% milk
•  ¾ cup water
•  6 tbsp sugar
•  1.5 oz gelatin

Method:


1    Turn heat to medium /low. Add coconut milk into a pot. Then add milk and water. Finally add sugar. Mix solution for 1 minute. Turn heat off, remove pot from heat.

2    Wait until the solution cools down to room temperature, add gelatin into the solution gradually. Turn heat to low. Keep stirring until you see bubbles, remove from heat immediately.

3     Pour solution into a rectangular container. Put in the fridge for 3 hours until coconut pudding becomes firm.

4    Cut into a small square shape to serve.
