Orange Cranberry Bread with Honey


EASY   1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES



Ingredients:
•  2 cups all-purpose flour
•  1 cup sugar
•  2 tsp baking powder
•  ½ tsp salt
•  1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
•  2 eggs
•  ½ cup milk
•  ½ cup Chobani Greek Honey Yogurt or other low-fat Greek yogurt
•  2 cups cranberries
•  2 tsp honey

Method:


1    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan, set aside.

2    In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in orange zest. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, set aside.

3    In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, yogurt and honey. Add mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries.

4    Spoon batter into prepared pan, spread evenly.

5   Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes until golden brown.

6   Test if bread is ready by sticking a wooden stick (chopsticks) into the bread. If there is no soft dough attached to the wooden stick, the bread is cooked.

7   Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
