PICKLED Radish Omelet
EASY 30 MINUTES
• 3 eggs
• ¼ tsp ground pepper powder
• 1 cup preserved radish
• 2 tsp chopped ginger
• 1 tbsp chopped shallots
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 Wash, dry and finely chop radish.
2 Use low heat to fry radish for 3 minutes, then take out for later use.
3 Heat wok, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add in ginger, shallots, garlic. Stir fry then take out for later use.
4 Whisk 3 eggs, add in ground pepper. Add in fried ginger, shallots and garlic and fried radish into egg, mix well.
5 Heat wok, add 2 tsp oil when wok is hot. Place 1 ladle of egg mixture in wok. Use medium low heat to fry the omelette. When the edges are cooked, flip the omelette over. The omelette is cooked when the center is firm. Put the omelette on a plate. Repeat this process to cook the rest of the egg mixture.
6 Garnish with parsley, optional. Serve hot.
